Assertion Failure

Error in full is Assertion failed in infinity.cpp at line 1763
Programmer says

emand for WED file failed

This is going into 2nd level of Wyrms and from reading the forums it seems I need a UK patch to fix a copy error. However I cant find the patch anywhere (I have the 1.06 patch installed)
Its not on Biowares page so if some kind UK soul would give me a direct link to the patch Id be most grateful
