Windspear Hills

For some reason, the Windspear Hills on my map is grey and it won't let me travel there. I've of course spoken with human Firekraag (otherwise it wouldn't be on my map at all) but for some reason I can't travel there and slay his red dragon ass. Has this ever happened to anyone before?

You have to go to the "City Gate District" in Akthatla in order to exit the city (You only need to go there the 1st time you leave)

Meh? It let me leave via the other districts for the Umar Hills. Oh well. Thanks.

If you haven't talked to the relevant NPC, you can't get there. Highlight below for who & where:
Speak to Lord Jierdan Firkraag at the Copper Coronet in the Slums district.

I don't know if this helps, but I've found on mine that I can't get to Umar hills unless I go to the Windspear hills first ... maybe you've got something like that happening?
