I realise you are not being serious... however I really don't think jokes about sexual assault, regardless the nature, are a laughing matter...

Eh, Suldanesselar's nice, but I think they may have wiped it off the map for 3rd edition - I couldn't find it in the main book-thing. The wilderness over-rated, anyhow.

Of course not, I wholeheartedly agree, it was just a bad joke based on the fact that in drow society, all reproduction happen by raping, which, though fictional is not something to laugh about at all.
Note too, that if there was indeed a place called underdark (in the real world), and that drows did live there, I would never say such a thing regardless.
