stuttering and vid problem

Post by Crazy Tuvok »

I couldn't find an answer/explanation anywhere, so forgive me if it is a common trouble and I am just too stupid to find the solution.

1) in ToEE - the cinematics play, but the sound stutters in and out.

2) when I go to a characters' inventory screen I get a weird vid glitch, consisting of some thin multi-colorred lines streaking off to the corner of the screen (sorry that is the best descripition I can give0>

I have all the latest drivers for my sound and vid cards, Win XP is up to date, have 2nd patch installed etc..

The game runs perfectly fine otherwise and I hav e had no other problems.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks.
