After being dismayed by Dragu Ironbreaker (none of my characters has 18+ intelligence, the most intelligent amongst them has 16), I set out to temporarily raise that character's intelligence.
Now, I have two questions:
A. What does a Potion of Clear Purpose do?
B. How do I create one, using the console?
No, make that THREE questions:
C. Aside from the potion (which doesn't necessarily raise intelligence, anyway) are there any other means by whihc to temporarily raise that character's intelligence? (I'll even settle for creating an intelligence-increasing item using the console, and then dropping it in a container, once I'm done)
Using the cheat console
