Armor Stats

Post by Marmeldjuke »

I cant quite understand how the stats on the armors works.
Other than the percent is how much dmg that type is decreased from a hit.

I might even be wrong with that =)

does 4/35% means ie 40 points of a hit -4 points will be 36 points of dmg and then 35% from those ?

You got it right.

4/35% would mean that the first 4 points of damage is stopped and of the remaining another 35% would be stopped.

The first number is called Damage Threshold (DT) and the second Damage Reduction. (DR)

I haven't seen any other games then Fallout-games use the "S.P.E.C.I.A.L" rulesystem. Don't know if there are some licensed to use it though.

Dunno if that was your question :D
