Does anyone know if or when elder scrolls 4 is going to come out?

dude nobody knows jacksquat about elder scrolls 4. we wish we did though... wait we know it might be called oblivion, and could posibly take place on the summerset isles. get ready to wait for years though... i am a pessimist about game releases... STUPID BIG BLUE BOX AND FABLE!!!!!!!

Probably in 2-3 years. It's under development, but Bethsoft is keeping mum over it. That means they're not ready yet to start building the PR frenzy that will lead people to salivate and claim it's the greatest thing ever made, a year or more before they saw it.

I heard that it might be futuristic with guns and stuff.

I've not really seen anything about ES:IV other then remark they made in the Fallout 3 announcement, where they said it would be developed along side Fallout 3.
