How long do you have to wait before this guide appears and gets you out and will he appear anywhere you are tin the dungeon?

He usually appears after the autosave once you start to walk around(out of your cell).

Well

well iv walked around waiting for about 5 minutes and he doesnt appear i extracted into my bg2 folder then i installed i into the bg2 folder do i have to install it in my overdrive. it syays its already instaled when i launch the setup
I just looked into my save and it doesnt auto save in the begining does that mean he cant come

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it. That's the only thing I can think of.

I don't know exactly what triggers his appearance.

I had the same problem. Restarting my computer fixed it.

If Jasper's going to appear, he does so immediately.

There's a glitch in DBG that makes him less inclined to show up in multiplayer-mode games. We're not entirely sure why and honestly have been lazy about debugging it.

u HAVE to have the autosave for him to apear.
i had a multiplayer game and kicked immy out right away and it didnt autosave and he didnt apear.
