need help on xbox

look, if u read the other only thread which i posted on, u will most likely be able to guess that i'm noob at this game...which i am. so her's a noob question, how do u change the action icons at the bottom left of the screen?
e.q. the grenade icon shows a frag granade so how do i change to another one? lets say...a plasma granade?

Press "up" on your directional pad. It will then cycle through all the grenades that you currently have in your inventory. And like so for everything else.
