I have two questions...

Where can I get more Grand Soul Gems...? I got one from Balmora MG lady, and i..found some in temples...any other ones in towns or ruins?

Where can I find a fortify magicka spell?

You want a fortify intelligence spell, not a fortify magicka spell, tbh I don't think fortify magicka spells exist, and FMagicka will hve the same effect. Grand Soul Gems are random loot, but if you really need one now you might want to pay a visit to the shrine of azura, on your paper map. and do the quest.

Several of the guilds have 'em in stock, at least they do, in my modded game. There are also a couple of mods intended to do nothing but add merchants stocking soul gems of various kinds. These are for PC players; I don't recall if you posted you were playing Xbox or PC.

if you have the expansions or GOTY edition, Elbert Nermac the enchanter in the Craftsman's Hall sells all types of soul gems, he restocks every second too, so after you buy the first five, start talking to him again and buy the next five. ALSO he has 8k i think, so if you want to sell him soul gems thats one way to make a pretty penny...

in tribunal, i suggest you go to the shrine of azura like DM said and help her out... The reward is well worth it.

oh.... I did know you had original version. Craftman's Hall is in mournhold like Blake said, and thats only in GOTY edition for xbox, and the expansions for pc. SPOILER!

the quest DM was talking about, Azura's Star quest, gets you a soul gem that can hold souls greater than the Grand Soul Gems (eg vivec, though for some reason not dagoth ur) and is re-usable. Its a great item and you should get it. Telvani wizard towers also have soul gems in them sometimes, though its not reliable.
