"Academy library"

Possible spoiler

One of the jedimasters is always talking about that "academy library". But he tells me that only masters has access to them .......... so is there some way to become a jedimaster????

Not by you, young padawan.

You're just joining the Order. If the game had been BG2, I suspect you'd eventually be given access to at least a section of the library as one of your achievable goals--but KotR's more linear than that.
