swoop bike parts -- where are they?

please help. where can i find upgrades for my swoop bike on Manaan. is there such a place that even sells them? i appreciate any reply.

From my knowledge of completing the game twice, the only upgrades are the quest items in Taris.

Yeah, a lot of the NPCs talk about them, but you can't actually buy them anywhere.

I'm guessing Bioware originally intended to include them in the game, but pulled them out before the final release.
