You can actually make any enchanted item you like. All you need is a soul gem with either a Golden Saint or an Ascended Sleeper in it, and an item with lots of enchantment capabilities, such as an exquisite belt, ring or amulet. A lot of legendary item are constant effect as well, if that's what you are looking for. In that case I would see the Morrowind Yellow Pages. Look at the top of the forum - it's posted as a sticky there. Look for Hannah's Whereizit. That site is the greatest.
you know what they say about all work and no play...
It's totally not worth the monetary rewards!!!

I would say...

-Restore Life and Fatigue=
-Fortify STR=
-Sanctuary=
-Telekinesis=
-Levitate=
-Fortify AGL and/or SPD=

You can create them yourself at a Mages Guild... some may range from $30,000 - 80,000, but money wont be a problem anymore later in the game.
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel alright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.
I may be bad, but I feel good.

I found a really bad piece of light armour, called 'Icecap' on a Nord the other day, but it had 30% CE resist frost!
If pro is the opposite of con, is Congress the opposite of progress? - Thanks to Blake for the avatar! :)

the ring of raven eye is a pretty darn good one, even if you arent an archer.

Eastern side of Thirsk, hollow treestump: Ring of raven eye- CE Night Eye 20 pts, fortify marksman 20 pts.

CE items are everywhere though... anything that says 'sanguine' pretty much. but not just sanguine, those are only the most common... there is some stuff in ald sotha... the tower of Tel Fyr (if you have good lock pickign abilities) shrines, rewards for quests... all over the place. just keep questing.

well (providin you have the expansion) there is a ring, no.. AMULET with CE Fortify Luck 15 pts on a wiid elf called gaenor in the temple courtyard. he is harder than he looks, and he looks impossible. Well... at first he looks pretty easy but that is another story (possible spoiler) It will take a loong time and plenty of reatore health potions to kill him. And then be quick, because even though he attacks you, the High Ordinators Will rush ocer anyway.

Another, is in the Winged Guar, On soscean, an ebony cuirass with CE fortify health 50pts, he may seem a troublesome target due to the sheer number of witnesses, but your bounty actually stays low, as only he and the Landllady attack you, requiring you to kill them (duh)

Where is this socean?

And I never had troucle with the guards when Gaenor attacked me. And I made sure that they saw me too. I tried getting them to help me fight Gaenor. I even tried putting a guard between Gaenor and myself so that the guard would get hit and then kill Gaenor for me. Alas, it didn't work.

ay, i tried that with the guards as well. Soscean is on the ground floor, and his glittery cuirass is quite conspicuous

I'm trying to make a full set of CE fortify strength items to see if I can handle Stendarr's Hammer.

Well that shouldn't be too hard. Since it "only" requires a strength of 200. But you will probably need a "little" more to be able to carry some armor aswell... :D
