I have found two letters so far on my quest, one to Terjon from Emridy Meadows and one of the assasin from Smigmal Redhand.
What do i do with them?
Why can i not give Terjon the letter?

You can "use" the letters to read them. This will mark new areas on your map. otherwise they are useless.
