Unknown World Dark Side Ending(Spoiler)

I have been playing on the dark side lately so after I return to the Ebon Hawk with Bastila all the light side characters get mad at me. I was wondering if it was possible to kill Carth instead of letting him run off.

You cant kill him unless your a female character and did the romance. it happens at the end of the game
And for choosing darkside, your a cruel and evil man
