I have a party of 1 Human Paladin, 1 Dwarf Warrior, 1 half Elf Cleric, 1 Elf Ranger, 1 Halfling Thief and 1 Human Mage, and it seems that the Paladin, Warrior and half elf are fatigued at a different time than my other 3 characters, and they of course sleep at the same time, is that normal?
Come to think of it, I've rarely seen my last 3 characters EVER beeing sleepy.
Bug?
Thanks
Fatigued quicker
Yes, Haste causes fatigue once the spell expires and Con normally affects how quickly you tire.
As for the front characters getting fatigued first, I ran across an interesting concept once; it may or may not be true.
Speculation is that when you rest, the first couple characters keep watch (which is how you are warned when your rest is disturbed by wandering monsters). That means the top characters get less rest, and may become fatigued first.
Not sure if that is true (why wouldn't it be in the manual?), but it would explain a lot. I've had that happen to me, too, where my 18 Con fighter leader tires before the weakling spellcaster. I haven't noticed it happening when I rest in an inn or I get an NPC to watch over me when I rest.
Another theory I'll throw out is that sword swingers tire before spellcasters/archers. Seems possible, but I doubt the programmers would bother making it that complicated.

No it's just a bug that causes it. There tend to be a lot of glitches like that in games as complex as IWD/BG. It tends to happen most after you travel between areas on the world map, and your highest con characters get tired first (a mismatched variable or an unedited copy-pasted if statement, maybe)

it is my assumtion that the fighters and paladens would natually have a longer endurance, or atleast they should... i mean, who do you think can last longer in a fight, endurance wise: a fighter or a thief? but that might not be true in the game, i don't know...
