I am playing through the second time around, and as I went to Gromnir to kill him, I realize that he was the only person that knew what Melissan was up to. And to think we all thought he was just a dumb orc
Just thought I would make that observation.
G
Gromnir was right damit! (Do not read unless you cleared TOB)
Not to mention that she never gives you any real explanations or information. I thought it was damn suspicious from the get go.
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

I don't have ToB yet ( ), but the above description of Melissan's suspicious behavior would just as well apply to Elminster in BG1
He never tells you anything you couldn't just as easily have done without, and always disappears without you being able to do anything about it
Wish they made HIM the end boss of ToB, for the Evil ending
