I don't remember this quest as I haven't played in a long time, but if you want to kill someoen without it being a crime and with low speechcraft, you can always cast Frenzy Humanoid. I had a spell that was cast on touch 100 Frenzy Humanoid for 2 seconds, you don't need any more then that as once they attack you you can hit them back. Hope that helps.

Advice: use a ranged spell, or enchant something that has ranged frenzy 100. If you're a mage or archer, you'll appreciate the range.

But doesn't Frenzy Humanoid count in itself as an attack? I haven't used it before, so I don't know, but you'd think it would.

No it doesn't.

You'd though it would, though. I mean, it SHOULD count as murder, though I'm thankful they DON'T.

Good spell to get, then. Who has it for sale?

I think on of the mages in Caldera Mages Guild has a frenzy spell, though you will have to make your own that does 100 frenzy.

i think the original version, the game version, doesn't count...its touch, right?

but if you make a ranged version, it counts as attack...

the touch version of soul trap, the one you get in the game, doesn't annoy the golden saints i summon, but the ranged version from umbra annoys them...

Ranged Frenzy does not count as attack.

Golden Saints aren't annoyed when I strike the first blow with Trueflame. They attack only on the second blow.

I'll try testing both the touch and ranged variety, later.

On touch frenzy is not considered an attack as well and it is easier to cast if you are doing it yourself.

I used an extravagant ring and Skelochamp souls. Ranged frenzy 100pts for 5 seconds. Took me a lot of money, but which I managed to get back by frenzying the guy who made me the ring ;)

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg!!! rotfl... ok. you cant get kicked out of telvani for killing someone. it states it VERY clearly in the rules. 'if you steal somehting from another member and live, you clearly deserve what you stole' now isnt that the coolest thing ever!?!?!? yes it is. well it will say you were kicked out, but you talk to a mouth or your patron and it will say 'oh you have been expelled, lemme take care of that for you'. no charges, no limits to how many times you can do it, awesome. so kill the little punk and get on with it. :D

Yes but even though he's exceted back into Telvanni the guards are not as forgiving so untill he pays for his crimes he's got alot of guards looking for him.
