Major Bug: Getting to the Star Forge (SPOILERS)

So I'm playing the game over on Dark Side, and i just finished the unknown world. I get onto the Ebon Hawk and fly, supposedly to the Star Forge. I had just finished the sequence with Bastila. All of a sudden, the screen changes, and I'm near what looks like the exit from the Hawk.

Except, there is no exit. There is a clickable icon that says "cuestart", but clicking on it doesn't do anything. And, for some reason, everything's entirely black in the hawk. I run back into the main room where all the NPC's stand, they are all in the dark. THere is a projection of the general on the floor for some reason, but of course, it doesn't do anything either. On the map screeen, it's labeled as some "M12something" map and it's a weird map of god knows what. it gives the "return to ebon hawk option, which takes me back to the unknown world, and when I run back onto the ship, same thing happens.

Anyone have any ideas whatsoever? I'm running the 1.3 patch so it's the latest update.

Weird, it sounds like you are stuck in a cutscene, most likely the one you should get at that point. No solution known to me, maybe go to the planet, or the Star Forge.
Can you reload a previous savegame?

Yep, I'm in a cutscene. Unfortunately, I can't go to the planet since the Ebon Hawk's control room is blocked off. And I've tried reloading about 5 different saved games, none of them helped.

I read on the bioware tech forums on some prog. called catalyst or something. would that do the trick maybe?
