So my character is a Level 13 Nuetral Evil Drow Fighter
1 Two Weapon Fighting
1 in Ambidextria
3 in Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Bastard Sword
3 in Martial Weapon Proficiency: Long Sword
These are all the swords I have laying around...
Dykhast Longsword (+4 Damage, +2 Enchantment)
Longsword +3
Scimitar +4
Scimitar +3
Scimitar of Acid +2
Wights Blade (Bastard Sword 66% Chance of Casting Bane)
Bastard Sword +2: Black Adder (2 Poison dmg over 6 seconds)
Bastard's Son (Bastard Sword +2)
Which should I use (mainhand and off hand) and which should I sell?
I'd like to keep one Weapon Slot open for a Bludgeoning Weapon & Shield, and one open for a Missle Weapon
OR Should I start putting points into Axe and use an axe in one hand? So many options...
Which 2 sword combo am I best with?!

sell the rest of the swords, good idea about a bluneon/shield, hammers/maces/flails are good

Okay now to add more fuel to the fire. I have aquired the Bastard Sword+3: Cold Fire (1d10+3, 1d6 Cold Dmg, 1d6 Fire dmg) Which seems so far to be the best sword I have found to date. but I do have enough money to purchase a Longsword +4 or Bastard Sword +4
So right now I am using:
RH - Bastard Sword+3: Cold Fire
LH - Bastard Sword+2: Black Adder (2 Poison dmg over 6 seconds)
Would I be better off with say
RH - RH - Bastard Sword+3: Cold Fire
LH - Bastard Sword +4 (or vise versa)
?
Or even:
RH - Bastard Sword+3: Cold Fire
LH - Long Sword +4 (or vise versa)

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost,
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring,
Renewed shall be the blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.

Just to toss in my two cents (which really isn't even worth a penny LOL).
My half-elf rogue dual wields as well, and I've found that the most effective way IMHO of dual weilding is to have the stronger of the weapons in the off-hand to somewhat offset any penalties received for using the off-hand.
Currently my rogue is dual weilding a Bastard Sword +4 in RH and a Bastard Sword +5 in the left. Combined with all feat's I have thus far gained (hoping to gain more, but running into problems as noted in my posting Experience Level Problems) I am now causing equal damage with either my left or right weapon.

It’s the sensible, logical thing to do, of course, which is why we don’t do it.
my 2-weilding speciallist almost exclucievly used scimitars, for the high chance of Critical Hits (combined with Dirty fighting feat and all the Luck items i could find, like Tymora's Loop). also, up to the last quarter of the game, i found that it is better NOT to use a longsword/bastardsword in the off-hand, because 90% of damage done by the dual-weilder is done by the main hand (a couple of attacks, extra atack from Haste & 100% of Str bonus). the off-hand hits ONCE PER ROUND, no matter how many attcks you have, and only 50% of the Str bonus is applied to the damage done.
admittedly, by the end of the game this char got so powerfull (with two Tymora's Loop) that he would hit almost EVERY TIME, 75% of the hits where Criticals... so that i let him use to large weapons (+5/+4 scimitars with some extra bonuses)... to be even MORE powerfull... *evil grin + evil laugh*
