This clearly refers to the chapter three choices in SoA, so I'm moving the thread over there.

Both are almost identic... so just choose the one you like. If you have Keldorn in your party, he won't accept to stand with the vampires.

Well the vampires are pretty evil and the thieves are the lesser of two evils. That's really the only way to put it.

Nah. They're both evil and if you side with Bodhi, you get to kill 'em all eventually. And Bodhi does offer you a way to save someone's life, which Linvail never does.

But even if you don't like the meta-gaming, you can always justify siding with her because the STs tried to kill you when you were almost out of Irenicus' dungeon.

Linvail's initial reward to you is infinitely better than anything the vamps can ever offer. In fact, my main character wore it throughout the game...

Chocolate or Vanilla? Falvour to taste, both get you essentially the same rewards, pick your poison.
I have given up all lesser evils as inadequate to my purpose.

...but if you do the last Bodhi mission, you can get all that good equipment + some more arse-kicking stuff. Most good players side with the ST, i also consider their missions slightly easier than those of the vampires. Last time i played i was a low-intelligent neutral character, so i pretended my char was to dumb to see that that "scary woman" was a vampire :)
