Rethan Land deed (house Hlaalu)

Well, I've got the deed...

now where's my house?

I coc'ed it, and when I went out the door, I was standing on the Odai Plateau, but there was no house, shack, hut or manor anywhere...
why?

You need the quest from the guy in the Hlaalu treasury. Then you talk to a guy in Balmora and get a construction contract from Vedam Dren.
