Just hit Ctrl + Print Screen when you are looking at your desktop to copy the desktop. Open Paint, and paste into it. Just save and upload it then.

I'm guessing Longhorn - it has the Longhorn panel on the right (which you can also download for winXP made by a 3rd party... it was however quite buggy, as far as I can recall) and still bears the windows logo.
edit=> it could also be a skin of WinXP (winXP can be skinned quite successfuly with Object Desktop) with the 3rd party Longhorn panel for winXP installed.

Anyway, thanks BS for revealing the secret button of my keyboard, Print Screen! I actually had to look twice at the keyboard to realize it was there. That pretty much leaves only one key I'm still clueless about, the Pause_Break one.
