no its nothing odd with the headi ts just ugly..........
there is a bug in that you can pickpocket a dominated ankheg that you find in return to windspear hills?

Yes there is!! He has glasses on, don't think that's normal for a BG2 character and furthermore he "was" a dwarf!! :D :D

True / false : Arrows of fire are considered +1. For that matter Acid and frost? arrows too.??????

false for fire arrows and arrows of ice- thi9ey are both 1D6 with special 1D2 damage
true on acid arrows- they are1D6+1 with 1D3 special damage

True or false: which means protection from magical weapons doesn't protect the mage from fire and frost arrows

But protection from Normal Missiles do.
