Are there any Race mods I can use?

One thing I really loved about 3e D&D is that you can play any race and any class combination.
Is there a way I can play a Dwarven (my favorite race) Ranger/Cleric multi-class or a Dwarven Monk?
I do have Shadowkeeper, but I'm new to it. If I can change things this way, please let me know.

I don't know about mods, but it's dead easy to do it with SK. Just create your character in whatever race it's allowed, and start the game. Then load the game into SK and change your race to what you really wanted.
Note that you can also do multi-class humans this way. You can even do dual-class demi-humans, although that's a little trickier (you must be human when you actually dual).

Don't pay attention to the jabs--the idea that certain races can't be certain professions is ridiculous (whatever overzealous rulebooks may say), and anti-roleplaying. You might want to do a search on Shadowkeeper in this forum until UserUnfriendly shows up. We've had quite a few threads about it, and several discuss how to use it in some detail. Good luck.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
It's quite easy to make any race/any class work with shadowkeeper...
with one exception: Unfortunately there is only a 'paper doll' for human monks, and as far as I know the monk's 'special' fists are somehow hardcoded to that paper doll.

Ever played NWN ? Grimgnaw, a dwarven monk, is really creepy, and not very funnyA Dwarven Monk?!
*Try to imagine something funnier*
There are three kinds of people that no one understands: geniuses, madmen and guys that mumble.
Well, if you really need the detailed instructions:
Open SK.
Open your saved game.
(Your PC should already be selected, but you can use the slider underneath to switch between characters if you want)
Switch to the Characteristics tab
Select your prefered race in the Race dropdown.
(Optional) Switch to the Appearance tab, and select the appropriate choice from the dropdown
Save your changes
Reload it in BG
I don't really see what's so funny about a dwarven monk, really.
Well... a monk is a class that base on agility and strenght. Dwarves are strongs, sure, but for the agility... Just imagine a Dwarven Monk trying to reach you with his little arms.
Well, yes you can want to be a Dwarven Monk, but that sound a little odd to me.

I don't think a Dwarven Monk really is all that strange.
The most skilled Sensei in my dojo would be considered a Dwarf if this were a fantasy world. The guy is short, tough, and can wipe anybody I know butts all over the place!
So, by selecting the Dwarf race, my (former) human character will have all the dwarven bonuses, such as infravision and saving throw bonuses? Or do I need to add that seperately?

AFAIK ... I've never actually tested it, but I'm pretty sure you get everything. I do know that it works with racial bonuses to thieving skills, so I don't see why it wouldn't work for the rest.
(The exception is stats bonuses/penalties, but you can easily apply that manually by just chaning your stats in SK).

Oh, I see. Didn't think that way. Perhaps the idea that a monk is meant to dodge attacks a la Jet Li and Jackie Chan is a western misconception? I've seen (albeit on TV documentaries) Shaolin monks breaking concrete bricks and metal bars off their heads. As cheesy as the name sounds the English translation would be "Iron Head Skill". Seeing as how a dwarf has such a thick cranium, I'd suppose a dwarf would be perfect for that skill, heh.
