I don't understand... if my reputation is at 12, to get to 13 I only have to give 200? Or is it 1200 & 1500 for 13 and 14?

The manual is incorrect. I cannot remember the exact #s but I think they just left the 1 off of the front.

Must be 1200 & 1500. You won't even get a simple spell for 200, let alone rep points :)

You mean the rep point would be cheaper? I don't think so. The higher rep you'd like to achieve the ore expensive it must be! Rep point are not like items in a store in that you get them for less if you're heroic :)

I think it is exactly how I wrote.
Anyway that's what the manual says.
But why don't you simply walk to a temple a try?? :)

In case you didn't know

Weidu's Ease of Use Mod eliminates party unhappiness...
You can also increase reputation in the Underdark by freeing the slaves in Uth'Natha if you are desperate...

Surely Underdark is not the best place to raise your reputation :) You actually have to be lucky to come out without LOSING rep points :)

Hey, you find the best one right here on GameBanshee! Unfortunately I don't know how to make a link to it, but you can find it easily if you go to the main page and enter BG II!

No need to be sorry for anything :) The thing is that if you start playing BG, first you become obsessed, then search a forum where you can ask how to make yourself more powerful, then you replay it about five times, and then you come back to the forum to help the others :) So WELCOME! lol

Could you perhaps remove the rather hard on the eyes yellowness from your text? I felt my eyes burn as I was reading the post ;)
If you want to post in a color different than white, why not use some less bright color like Olive, SlateGray or any other that suits your fancy :)

My eyes thank you in advance.
Vicsun, I certainly agree with your assertion that you are an unpleasant person. ~Chanak
