November 27 -End Game?

I have not yet retrieved the GECK. Whenever the clock reaches November 27, it goes to the death screen. Is this the cutoff to get the GECK?

There shouldn't be any other time limit then the 13years that is hardcoded into the game, so that seems strange.

Okay, I've managed to see the message before the death screen. It says I died from radiation, but I'm not radiated at all! *(*&#!

I used a save game editor to pump up my radiation resistance and that seemed to work for now.

Otherwise- try using rad-away or what they are called and see if you radiation counter drops (is stated when you take a rad-away)

Yep, I tried that and it said, "you are healthy".

I sent an email to JE Sawyer before I figured it out and he actually answered!
