Mistress Terana's tower is in Tel Branora. And yes, she's a member of the Telvanni. A councilor even, although being unlike any sane person in the game. That's prolly why I like her more than the other Telvanni.

And you can use other Houses' services.

oh because soemtimes they refuse me their services, um i now have a ring that i can charm people (mag 50) and it makes the guy like me about 40, how muhc more do i need before i can talk to him?

Finding some Telvanni Bug Musk will help you a lot. I can't tell you where to get it, though.

Ye can also throw some cash at it (bribe him). Always seems to work for me. A couple hundred should do the trick, that oughta bring him to about 75-ish ...

Thanks for the advice but i found my own way around it, i made him like me with a charm spell then once i could talk bribed him and gave him the dwemer coherer, now he likes me a lot
