I have killed Gromnir and his cronies, and Melissan wont show up. I have restarted TOB and done all the quests a second time and again she is a no show. I then searched the forums and have found this to be a bug in the script but I used the override file that someone suggested and she is still not showing up. I have a save right before fighting Gromnir and one after he is beaten. Any help would be appreciated as I have been trying for a couple of days.
I have tried the pocket plane and cant escape. i have also slept and returned to the room where gromnir was killed without success, i have updated TOB with TOB game text update V1.2, i dont actually know what balderdash is.
Atop of the main BGTOB page there is a link to a serie of updates as a stickie. Baldurdash is one of them, made by some brave volunteer who fixed a lot of bugs in the game, such as some dialog twixes and lots of engine malfuntions. (I'm not sure about dialog fixes on Baldurdash but anyway...). Download it and install, Try updating your BG with the Bioware patches too... Must work.
Nothing doing... I have updated it with all the patches including balderdash and Bioware's patch. I am stumped. can someone tell me how to save my characters and then i will uninstall Soa and TOB and then reinstall and repatch them.
ya I have tried it about 15 times since I restarted TOB, (it never worked the 1st time either) I have a save before the fight and one after i have killed Gromnir

How about if you try to CLUA console her in? If you have debug mode on, you can open the console and type in CLUAConsole:CreateCreature(''xxxxxx''), xxxxx being Melissan's code. Sorry I don't have it off hand.
