Sytze's Six Commandments

Sytze's Six Commandments!

*
*

-Thou shall love thy bed, as thou loves thyself!

-Thou shall rest very well during the day, so thou can sleep well at night!

-Thou shall do as less as possible, or let others do it for thee!

-When thou hast a sudden urge to work, thou shall sit down and wait for the urge to pass!

-Thou shalt not do today, what thou can do tomorrow!

-When thou see someone resting, thou shall help him!

Thou shall obey these commandments, lest thou be cast into oblivion!

I know, the first line was for that.

The second line was more a recruiting line. You know, a bit like Vicsun always does :p

some threat. oblivion sounds nice. there are no alarm clocks in oblivion, or so I'm told.
Here where the flattering and mendacious swarm
Of lying epitaths their secrets keep,
At last incapable of further harm
The lewd forefathers of the village sleep.

as far as I know. I mean, there are no mornings to get up for, so there's not much point really.

Robnark, I think your avatar scares me a little, yet, it's cute at the same time.

And Sytze, your commandments make me tired. :p
But I found a few flaws...

Commandment #1: What if I hate myself? Do I also hate my bed?
Commandment #2: The more I sleep during the day, the more awake I am at night and cannot fall asleep no matter how hard I try.

And... Well, I suppose that's all I found. But I'm really bored right now, so your commandments are looking pretty good at the moment. ;)
I'm an xboxer.

Oh Lord and all that's Holy... that wasn't as obscure a reference as I thought it to be, right?
Vicsun, I certainly agree with your assertion that you are an unpleasant person. ~Chanak

Oh, Great Sytze, thank you for showing us the true way...
I shall keep your commandments and sing you praises in the morning (right before I go to bed)

(I have a little disturbing thought planted on the back of my mind saying "I like enjoying my life during the day and rest during the night" but I'm working hard on silencing it... Please forgive me for being doubtful, I'm so weak yet... Master, shower me with your strength and enlight me with your wisdom!) :D

Maybe I should've said that my oblivion secretly holds alarm clocks which ring every darn time. It's a special oblivion, you see.

Hating yourself is not good. Maybe you should come for a bit of euhm, private counselling. Yes, that's it! Private counselling, just to make you happy again :D
About commandment #2: That's because you are not experienced enough, it takes time, though not much and it won’t cost you any extra energy, let me tell you that. After a few day's, you'll get the hang of it. Really. Private counselling can help here too. Trust me.

@Tower_Master: How can someone forget to be lazy? That's impossible. One can even say that this is the true path for someone who has amnesia. You see, the commandments tell that he/she should cast his/her former activities aside so he/she only needs to do one single thing. Plus if he/she prints these commandments and hangs it above his/her bed, what's there to go wrong? I’m doing them a pleasure.
So join us, you people who have amnesia!!

Well done my follower. I trust you are a heathen now? Ask Luis for more guidelines to help you with relaxing. Just ignore that little feeling at the back of your head; it means nothing, really. It will disappear after a while.
And if you think it won't work for you, may I give you the same advice as unregisturd? Private councelling really does help. Not only for you :D :D
