Last one: Been dying to see it. Love Keitel.

My film: Parenthood. One of my favorite films of all times, Ron Howard's best film, Steve Martin's best performance. A movie that gets better each time. So much truth in this movie, and it gets rediscovered whenever I watch it with someone new.

@Parenthood - I believe steve martin to be the worlds smartest dumb comedian. Although I haven't followed him recently movies like parenthood made me search out for his others and watch religously.

Hamburger Hill. In my opinion the best vietnam story ever told on film, actually happened. Great over all movie... one of my top tens.

Loved Hamburger Hill when it came out. I was never big on Vietnam movies, especially back when everyone were churning them out, but that one struck a nerve.

My movie of choice today has to be Demolition Man, since it was on last night. I yearn for the days when big, stoopid action movies were well thought out and fun to watch. That one was one of the last of it's kind, and it still puts a smile on my face. Great cast doing their best, goofy one-liners galore and, sadly, signaling the end of an era.

Great movie... sometimes the humor is lost on me, then i partake in medicinal herbs and i remember.

Im in a movie mode... I LOVED Robin Hood with kevin costner... thought it was *****en. Now of course Fable will come and comment about some 90 year old dude who portrayed the best Robin.. but hey.

Blind Horizon - i liked it, although i must admit it didnt make much of an impression on me as i cant remember most of it

how about "Robin Hood - Men in Tights" (i would love to see fable compare the 2

Robinhood: Men in Tights is a classic. Always on cemedy central just about when you're thinking you haven't seen it in a while.

My pick The Village. I wasn't a huge fan of Shyamalan's films aside from the Sixth Sense but this was another one where if you weren't paying close attention, you're like, "I knew something was strange, but that's really messed up." It makes you think, and I like that in a movie.

"The Village" - It was ok, but it didn't live up to the hype - I wouldn't call it "scary".

My favorite movie? Ocean's Eleven (the newest of the two).

I never said it was a scary movie, although that is what it's probably classified under. I think it's misclassified, and doesn't really fit well into any one genre. I try to ignore hype as much as possible because it can mae for a huge letdown even if the film's still quality material.

Huh. I always get suckered in by hype (not always to the point of actually seeing the movie, though)...and I thought The Village was a good movie, but it had been typecast as a horror, and it wasn't. That's all.

Average Mel Brooks farce, with a few repetitive jokes (two similar pizza gags, the Jewish princess stuff) and some very funny moments. Superb cast. Great (and hilarious) special effects. Worth it for Brooks as Yogurt, alone.

Sticking with the oldies huh. I never saw it, but I do remember an awful lot of references to it in Looney Tunes.

Let's see. My round two pick is gonna have to be Arthur. I really liked it how they took something that's been myth for hundreds of year, found out the truth behind it, and it actually turns out to be a much more interesting story. It also made for a much better movie than most other arthur movies I'd seen.

Interesting. I hate to go OT in this game, but what's it about? I've done a fair amount on the Arthurian legends myself, because a significant portion of pagans are still entranced by the more obvious aspects of it, and have never discovered that it's actually a collection of older Welsh god myths, added to by Teutonic minnesangers, and further modified and colated by French/Provencal troveres and troubadours in the early period of courtly love.

"The Italian Job" - It may not have quite the storyline that the Ludlum-inspired "Bourne"s do, but MAN, you're right - that was some wicked driving!
