Constant Effect Costs

I was just wondering what the cheapest constant effect items are. Like would CE nighteye be better than CE water breathing. Which effects cost the least.

It's hard to give you a clear idea, because the cost will change depending upon your respective magicka school skill values. But you can find out the cheapest pretty easily for yourself, by looking at the magika cost to you when you bring up your spells list.

Im a breton and i pust a couple of magic schools on minor skill. And also, where do you buy the spell of nighteye and levitate.

I dont know about the night eye but the levitate can be bought in balmora i think, just check all the ppl around in the mage guilds, they all sell spells for the most part so finding it shouldnt be to hard
