If u are a really good level u could try the dwemer ruin near Urslaku.There is a total suit of glass armour or u could try Ghostgate.

i dont wanna go through vaults cuz i like level 40 and i want to wait until im level 80 cuz the higher level u are the better stuf u get

Why wait? It get's a little pointless once you're that high. It's not like anything matters past level 20ish

i dont consider this stealing cause you cant get reported but go to amigers stronghold and kill the guy with full glass(cept helm) theres 3 guys woith glass and one with daedric claymore...but remember you cant get reported for anything in there
