calling up console for cheat

Post by mwjohnston »

Hi everyone,

Enjoyed the whole darn game but now I'm in the final battle and just don't have time to win this thing... so, I've gone an followed instructions to enable cheat and started up last scene. Now, cheat instructions say to hit Alt Gr and then one of two symbols u with accent or another symbol. I can't for the life of me, figure out what sequence of key strokes calls down the console so I can type in 'invulnerability' and mop the floor with that dark lord. Help! :D

Well, I can't help with cheats, but I can give you some Malak tips in case you change your mind about cheating ;)

1. You've experienced the fury of the Star Forge. Which means you should have tons of life-support packs, as well as ridiculous amounts of the other med-kits from your travels so far. If you start getting towards "half health", run away, use one or two, and hit him again!

2. Damage and force resistant force powers are useful, cast them at the beginning, and cast them at need. That's what he will do.

3. You should also have plenty of stim's. Would have been wise to spend all your credits on them at the last oppurtunity you had, bit late now, but you won't need those credits for anything else! Using your stims will be a big help in putting some damage into him.

That should do it as it is, but a kind of spoiler hint if you don't already know it: (hightlight)
Destroying those pods with the fallen Jedi once he has used one will not allow him to recover once he is week. Run around and either bash them or throw lights saber or something. If you're dark-side, you can do exactly what he does and drain the life from them.

Hope that helps :)
