Help with finding an item

Hey everyone, I am currently making a mage and i have heard that there is an item in one of the expansions that increases intelligance by alot, Does anyone know of what item this is? if you know something that it MAY be then just pitch it out and i'll investigate. Any help would be really great.

You can snag the Mantle of Woe in Solsteim and the Lich's Cloak (?) in Mournhold.

That might be a bit hard for a brand new mage, I think you should go for the Mentors Ring (CE INTx10 WILx10) and the Robe of Drakes Pride (CE Reflect 10pts Resist Fire 25pts and INTx10)

You could also try the Mage's Guild quests until you get to challenge the moronic current Archmage to a duel, he's got an amulet with +25 intelligence (and more!), plus some other wonderful good stuff. Other than that, you might even try paying to enchant your own exquisite rings/stuff with CE fortify intel.

Yeah, that's what I thought... Tell me, is it really that hard to click a link? All the wanted locations are right in there.

There's also a Morrowind Yellow Pages for all the pages you could want on everything under the Morrowind Sun. It's got a whereizit page there for the most common questions...
