Replayability

I was curious as too weather the game is going to just end after finishing all quests or if when done kinda vice city style you get to roam around the game picking up random quests and hanging out in your haven

Dont know about that.
I do know that they intend to make some major differences between the different "classes" to play.

When it ends it ends.

No vice city here. When you win the game it is over. You see a great cut scene then the credits roll. After watching them I returned to the main menu.
