brother in need again (spoiler, maybe)

my brother is stuck once again. he said there is a sword in a stone that he can't pull out. he needs it but can't figure out how to get it. any help would be um... well... helpful.

i beat the game with out ever pulling the sword out so im not sure why he needs it

how to pull the sword out of the stone

the sword isn't that good compared to the one at bowerstone north but hey its cool

in order to pull it ou tu have to have mastered physique&toughness if this doesnt work i think u'll have to master health to and wut i mean by master is level up all the way
