Unreal 2004 level editor

I didnt notice a forum for this game but I was wondering if anybody could tell me how to use the Unreal 2004 level designer or editor I have tried and tried to figure it out but I couldnt. This editor is more advanced than any program I have ever seen and Im hoping somebody out there can give me a basic idea on how to use it both makin new and changing old levels thanxs

What game are you trying to edit?
You may need a full editor for the game you want to modify.
If you want to modifiy Dungeon Siege than the Unreal 2004 should have included a mod to be added to the Dungeon Siege Resource folder. The file will look like {filename.dsres}.
I recommed a much simpler method to increase the XP for players in Dungeon Siege. Level900 mod allows a character to reach level 900 in all catigories.I also recommend Kanes XP accelerater that increase the rate your character earns XP. The Kanes XP spells range from 1K to 1 trillion. They have no mana cost, no minimum magic level, so they can be used by any type of player.
The 1 billion XP spell will cause a level 1 strength to achieve 909 in strength dexterity and intellegence in the first hit in Dungeon Siege if the spell is obtained early in the game.
If your a fighter and like using Triple Strike then try Zhixalom's Spells. The spell includs Thrust of Zhixalom's that works like triple strike but has 100000 seconds of operation and you can extend the time by 100000 steps; Wind of Health works like Healing Wind but is always working. e.g. Early in Dungeon Siege you may find wind and if your not using zool and fighting drogs with every hit you see your health fall but wind will bring it back within 1 sec. Later if hit by a high level trap the same thing occurs. I've seen a mule survive the trap on the beach beyond the temple ruins. Normally the trap kills a mule. Wind will keep all players on the team alive in every event. Wind will keep a fighter of level 100 alive playing online at the elite level and hard difficulty.
