Sacrafice

you have to sacrifice at a certain day and hour in the game i dont know when though try using moonfish and stuff to change time when sacrificing more than one.

More on sacrifice

You will get more evil points for sacrificing at midnight and just after. Also sacrificing while having a good alignment will give you more evil points. I was about 5 or 6 ranks into the positive when I sacrificed the two good mercenaries (Oakville and Temple of Avo) at just after midnight, and I got the bow. This is after sacrificing no other people. After 6 more common sacrifices in the same evening I got the Necromancer title and 9 years shaved off of my life.

I am attempting to do what you have described Tumael. My main issue is knowing what time it is in the game. How do I tell when it is midnight? Does the day/date make any difference as well? Im just after the bow.

As for the time, it is a matter of guesstimating. Try and sacrifice just after the clock in the upper right corner is pointing to slightly after the half way mark for darkness. As for the date, I don't think it matters.

There may be other ways, but here is how I got the bow. I have both a fully evil character and a fully good character. I sacrificed every henchman and more with the evil character and received nothing but more evil points. However, with the good character, I only had to sacrifice the henchmen from Oakvale and the Temple of Avo to receive the bow. It's as if the temple is more pleased to receive sacrificial specimens from a "good" character than an "evil" one. As far as I can tell, time is not a factor - although you may as well try it at night to be safe.

Same goes with The Sentinus from the Temple of Avo. I donated a ton of gold with my good character and received nothing but the Paladin title and some rejuvenation. With the evil character, though, I only had to donate 32,000 gold and received the weapon right away.

Hope that helps.

Really, just sacrifice the people at midnight.
i sacrificed one merc from avo at midnight with only 2 bars into good and got the bow (about 600 evil pts)

i sacrificed the same guy from avo many times (loading/reloading game) and i only got the bow at exactly midnight
be sure to do it at midnight or you will be sacrificing multiple people for it.
i know it's hard to tell exactly when midnight is with that little clock.
it took me a few tries

try this

go to the temple of skorm first
teleport out to oakvale or witchwood/knotwood
get merc, hiring the merc allows him to teleport with you
teleport (recall) to temple of skorm

make sure your sacrifice's health is full or you will lose dark points.

as long as you use the teleport pads, you will never lose your recall teleport

a lot can be said for clarity

just to clarify how it works, you must sacrifice the Avo merc at midnight using the teleport recall mentioned earlier, then teleport back to Avo and use your golden carrot to make the time noon and then donate. how much exacty I don't know, so I used the 32000 gold metioned.

worked for me i had both items in just minutes. :D

i think it really have to do with the hour and alingment, with my fully evil character i sacrifice two womans from the hero guild and i recieve 400 evil points for one and about 450 with the other, i think that if was a matter of points that would be enough...

p.s. sorry about my english i havent mastered it already.

If You're Evil, The Easiest Way Is To Hire A Merc To Follow You. The Good Thing About Them Is They Can Follow You Through The Cullis Gates Making The Trip Shorter.

Being Evil, Bandits Will Follow You But They Don't Make For Good Sacrifices At Skorm.

Another Way Is To Get Your Attraction Level Up To 100%. People Will Follow You Even If You Are Completely Evil And Have 100% Scariness. My Character Is All The Way Evil With Both Attractiveness And Scariness At 100%. I'm An Evil Bastard And All The Women Still Love Me Instead Of Running Away Screaming.

If You Can Get A Hooded Guild Woman To Follow You They Are Good Sacrifices For Skorm Too.

The Merc Outside Of The Temple Of Avo Is Your Best Bet To Getting A Favorable Donation And The Skorm Bow But It's Tricky. You Have To Make The Sacrifice At Midnight Among Other Things.

I Got Both The Sentinus From Avo And Skorm Bow From Skorm All In One Try By Doing The Following. It Seems You'll Have Better Luck If You're Alignment Is The Opposite Of The Temple You Donate To First. I Was All The Way Evil At First So I Started At The Temple Of Avo. Donated 1000,10000,then 30000 Gold And Got Ten Years Younger And The Sentinus. I Changed My Clothing So That My Alignment Was One Bar To The Good Side. I Hired The Merc Outside Avo And Teleported To The Guild. Because My Attraction Was 100% I Could Get A Hooded Guild Woman To Follow Me. I Then Walked To Skorm. Sacrificed Them Both At Midnight And Got Another Ten Years Younger And The Skorm Bow And I'm Back To Evil Again.

Sorry For The Long Post But I Hope This Answers Any Questions You Have.

too bad

i think you're screwed :(

i have no idea who else to use - no one is good enough
you may be able to sacrifice many people to get the bow
by the way, how did you lose all your mercs? did you sacrifice any of them?

Skorm's longbow

I was 100% good to a point where even tofu couldnt boost me higher. I sacrificed the avo merc and the oakvale merc RIGHT when they took my money from the hourly pay. This was when the arrow was in the night zone and was exactly perpendicular to the day/night line, therefore it was exactly midnight. The skorm dude told me the avo merk was " not as generous as we wished" and the oakvale one was some thing else i dont quite remember. NO skorm bow...
any ideas?

I just got the bow... i was 100% good with bright plate suite, and i sacrificed my avo merc at exactly 6 AM (when he took his hourly pay). And voila! i got the bow

I then put on the most evil clothes i had ( which was bandit suit) and went to the temple of avo, i donated 70,000 gold (i then got sentinus), i then donated 10,000 (i got 5 years reduced), and then another 10,000 and i got paladin title

sweeet
