...how do you get poisoned - or by whom ???
...never heard of this... (but playing the english version so maybe it's just the translation)
...but there are potions of "cure poison" and your cleric should also have this spell available...
...but maybe this could also be some kind of disease - so you could also try a cure disease spell...
if both doesn't work give us a few more infos

Galuf's Guide to Curing Poison.
It sounds as if you were poisoned by Dragon Bile, possibly by a hydra? Pretty nasty stuff, if that's the case.
What you need to do is cast 'Neutralize Poison'. What silverdragon posted is true; there are some potions of that around, but the spell itself is a 4th-level spell, so unless you have a Cleric at level 7, you may have a tough time with this one.
The 2nd-level spell 'Delay Poison' will help prevent any additional damage for the time the spell's in effect, if that would help.
Also, if you have 4th-level Cleric spells, it would be advised to also have 'Restoration' memorized, since that takes care of the ENTIRE ability drain that a character has experienced at the time the spell is cast. If you have 2 4th-level spell slots at 7th-level, I'd advise having both 'Restoration' and 'Neutralize Poison' memorized for these cases. Memorize 'Cure Critical Wounds' at 8th level.

Many thanks for the answers. I think then I have a big problem. I took potions, but they didn´t change anything and I don´t have a cleric in my party.
I have been poisoned by (from? please tell me what is the right word) the "Groaning Spirit" in Level 3. Two members (both fighters) are poisened. Can I go on with the game or should I take an older gamepoint and try again?

Ah, the Groaning Spirit (also known as a Banshee)! That is definitely Dragon Bile!
