Fatal Bug? help!!!
soloing the game, i am at druid clove trying to complete trademeet quests. have ascension, tactics, ease of use, unfinished business, dungeon be gone, item upgrade installed. everytime i try to fight this earth elemental, an error window jumps out and baldur closes...anyone what is causing this? i hope its solvable...because if its not, then...
"Le grille? WHAT THE HELL IS LE GRILLE?"
I see a number of possibilities here:
First, which components of Ease-of-Use have you installed? There are some components that can mess things up. But really I don't think that's the reason.
Second, check your Tactics installation: have a look at setup-tactics.debug and see if there are any error messages. Or you can try to uninstall the Improved Druid Grove component selectively, and go back to a saved game from before you entered this area.
Third, look a the installation order of your mods. Look if there are any two mod components that make changes to the same game element. That often leads
to strange behaviour at least.
BTW, it happens that I have all of the mods installed that you have, except Dungeon-Be-Gone, and have just yesterday played through the Druid Grove. No problems whatsoever, except that Tactics' Faldorn was such a pain that I had to cheat to kill her. The reason may be that Weimer's rebalanced Shapeshifter is more powerful than the Refinements version, and I only installed the latter.
