BG I PC sounds for BG II?

Hello everyone. Nice to make your acquaintance.

I've been looking for about a week for some specific soundsets for BG II, and have yet to find anything close. When I made my character for BG I, I used one of the default soundsets, and I now associate my character with that voice. Seems kinda odd that the dev. team on BG II wouldn't use similar voice packs for this very reason, and as you can guess, I can't find a voice that fits my character.

The voice set that I'm looking for is a male voice, and when you previewed it in character generation, he would say something akin to, "Time fer a bit 'o the rough an' tumble." His accent and carefree manner were very important to how I saw my character.

Anyone have any ideas where to look? I've searched these forums for a couple hours to make sure I wasn't wasting someone's time other than my own, but maybe I missed something.

Re install BG remove the sounds, then reinstall.

May be a hassle, but hey, why not.

Same here, I liked that voice. Hmm, I wasn't aware that BGII could use BG voice sets, but I never tried it
