Awash in Daedric Wakizashis....

Post by dragon wench »

After playing other games for a while, I have returned to Morrowind, and I created a new character.. basically specializing in stealth with a little magic. So, my wood elf is well-honed in the use of short swords.

This time, I deliberately opted to not report the Dark Brotherhood Assassin attacks and for the first few levels those 'men in black' kept on faithfully waking me up, thus supplying me with a handy source of cash :p After about level 7, they disappeared (or so I thought), and I basically forgot all about them. So imagine my surprise when I rested at level 20 and was once more rudely awakened by some guy waving a sword in my face. This one seemed more difficult than I remembered, but I duly dispatched him... and was pleasantly surprised to discover that he was carrying a Daedric Wakizashi, which I happily enchanted with Paralyze :D

Shortly thereafter, I was woken up once more.. this time by two assassins... they posed a serious challenge, but luckily I had plenty of homemade potions on me, and they eventually joined their compatriots in the 'Assassin's Graveyard' outside my house :D

Needless to say, I kept the two additional Daedric Wakizashi's that they dropped. I can't see any point in selling them, so I'm trying to think up creative enchantments. I'll likely keep one in its virgin condition, but I'd be interested in any ideas for the other. So far I have thought of things like Absorb Health, Fortify Strength, Poison, etc. Note, as I mentioned above, I already have one that paralyzes... and much fun it is too! :D

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

I actually enchanted a sword with Heal Self on hit(this was before I had constant effect heal on my ebony shield).

Or try weakness to element + element damage. Absorb health is also a good one.

Bound item enchantments are always good, i also like the effect of invisability or if you cant afford ce invisability, or if you don't have eneough charge, you could always get cameleon, or I personaly like disintagrate armor.
And lo ye must learn of the great war that raged fo a couple of posts and brought the citadel momentaraly to its knees
Lookie!

I tend to appear briefly and disappear very quickly after that, try not to let it bother you.
