its also still listed for 20th this month at [url="http://www.gonegold.com"]www.gonegold.com[/url] so i seriously believe they were too fast
..or just wants to attract orders before others

You can't get it before it's released. If some place is advertising it's available now, that's just because ToB's ads haven't been changed to reflect their slipping release date.
