Up Your Arsenal

Post by SheGamer »

I have been playing the PS2 demo of Ratchet and Clank Up Your ARsenal and its great. This is one of the better adventure games out there. They added so many weapons and gadgets as well as making it online. They definitely went way out to improve this installment.

The demo did this game no justice. The online multiplayer is totally crazy. There are like 10 maps and they are all huge. You also get to choose from 3 different game modes. There are a few new weapons and my favorite so far is the blitz gun and the morph ray. Overall an awesome game worth getting for the holiday.

I don't know anything about the demo but the actual game is amazing. I haven't played a platformer style game in years but decided to try it out after seeing the reviews and that it had online multiplayer. I haven't gotten very far in single player because I'm really addicted to playing online siege but what I have played so far has been really fun. I'd definitely say this is a must own PS2 game.

I am looking to get this for christmas from somebody. Once I got my Xbox my PS2 has been neglected, so I need this to be gvien to me. Though I really enjoyed the first R&C I think this one looks and sounds fantastic based on what I have read here and in some reviews. However, is it better than Jak3??

Jak 3 is a very good game. It is challenging just like RACUYA is. I think RACUYA is better since it does have online play which I have to tell you is alot of fun.

Online play is all well and good, but I've found that, quite often, the story suffers to make way for online play.
