Bowerstone Bar Cellar Door?

Anybody Have Any Idea About The Cellar Door Behind The Bowerstone South Bar? It Highlights In Blue But It's Locked And There's No Option To Lockpick It. Why Would They Even Bother Having It There With No Apparent Purpose Other Than To Mess With Obsessive Gamers Trying To Find Every Secret In The Game.

Also, What's Up With Those Big Stone Domes That Do Absolutely Nothing...or Haven't I Gotten Far Enough In The Game To Find That Out Yet. With All Time I've Spent Playing I Could Have Beaten It By Now But I'm Taking My Time And Trying To Get Full Enjoyment Out Of Completing Everything In The Game.

About the domes, your will have to wait until the end of the game, and the cellar door, you can actually get inside...muajajaja but im not planing to tell you muajajajaja
