Noob question - Where is Nar gro-Shagramph?

Okay, newbie desires just one answer. Okay, maybe two.

First off, I've got a Fighter's Guild quest in Vivec looking for Nar gro-Shagramph. I've been all over the Foreign Quarter, and I just don't want to spend time looking over ALL of Vivec for him. Could some kind person please tell me where to locate him/her?

Second question, without giving anything away (I'm only Lvl 3, haven't gotten too far), can I make it all the way to the end with a Nord warrior?

You can get to the end with any character... I have no idea what you are talking about.

As for the Orc, I never found him. However, if you talk to civilians in Vivec you should get a dialogue topic on him which guides you to him.

I just gave the quest giver my own Juicedaw feather ring.
