Selling My Loot

Folks. Where’s the best place to sell all of the loot that I’ve plundered during my travels? Does any one shop owner or merchant pay better than another or are they all going off of a standard price list?

Same price all over.

However, prices vary by what character talks to them (due to charisma), if you have charmed them (due to a charisma loss) and reputation. But sell where you want. Its often good to stick to one shop though. You may regret selling certain items, so its always nice to know where you sold most of your stuff, so you can go back and rebuy if you sold something that you now want.

The gold they offer you varies on your charisma, but you can only sell fenced (stolen from merchants) goods to Shadow Thieves merchants, like Roger the Fence in the temple sewers, the Black Market merchant in the Shadow Thieves guildhall or the guy in Mae'vars guild. When in Athkathla, I usually go shopping in Ribalds'. Just a habbit, though
