For some reason my friend got a copy of KOTOR in some foriegn language(Looks Russian) I don't ask questions why or where he bothers to get these things. But yeah. I was wondering if I could recieve the english dialog.tlk for KOTOR I've been searching for a good half hour looking for but to no avail. If you can send it, let me know and I'll post my email up.

Sorry, but sharing files from a game still under copyright is against the law, unless specifically allowed by the publisher (as in user mods, or save games). If your friend bought his copy legally over the Web, then he should be able to contact LucasArts or the seller and request an exchange. If he bought it at a store, he should be able to go in and exchange it--and have a good laugh with the clerk.
If he downloaded it from a Russian (or other) pirate website, he should go out and buy it. Because he's depriving the developers of money that's rightfully theirs, for all the work they've put into the game.
