Leveling in the Factions

I know that this is probably much easier that I think, but how do you level up within a faction? I'm currently in the 'Blades' and meet every minimum requirement to level up from Novice to Apprentice. I've spoken with Caius Cosades and slept after fulfilling all the minimums. I still didn't level. Is there like a buttom somewhere or something? Please help. :confused:

You have to do enough quests for him. Then ask him about advancement and he will advance you.

You don't 'level up' in a faction - you move up in rank. Once you've met the minimum requirements and performed the requisite quests, you'll be able to gain the next rank. The Blades work a bit differently from the other factions - Caius promotes you automatically.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

I got kind of the same problem: I have done all quests for the thieves guild in Balmora, Ald-Ruhn and Sadrith Mora, and some for Gentleman in Vivec. Now, he tells me to come back when i have reached the next grade, but he still "question my loyalty"! ARGH! Im gonna kill the bastard soon!
Looking for a MOD that don't need any Expanisons, and can run on Morrowind 1.20blahblah without any errors, that lets you play as a Huge(At least a little big) hairy monster! MSG me if you got one!
